I'm writing to ask your help in advertising our workshop on your
organisation's website.   I attach some information about the conference for
this purpose.   I hope you'll be able to do this, however if you are not the
appropriate person, please let me know who is and I will contact them
direct.

 

Any queries, I hope you wont hesitate to contact me.  I normally work Monday
to Wednesday at THET but am working Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
